Rowfit focuses on rowing and incorporating body weight and functional exercises.  Rowing exercises the entire body, it is low impact making it easy on the knees and ankles.  It burns plenty of calories as a result of working all muscle groups and relieves stress.  This is a small group class; 11 max.
